OFR - A Forum for Trade Union Co-operation

OFR (Public Employees` Negotiation Council) is an assignment-based negotiating and service organisation for fifteen trade unions with members in the public sector. Together our affiliated unions represent over 550,000 members.  Within OFR, the unions consult and co-operate with each other on issues of common interest, while at the same time retaining a high level of independence.   

OFR has assignments within the following areas:

• Pensions and insurance schemes,

• Work environment, prevention, and security,

• Public finances and wage statistics,

• EU issues related to bargaining,

• Information and the surrounding world.
